Wonderful experience from walking through the door, to leaving with  a fab new haircut. Ian is a master stylist, and really understood what I was going for, working patiently and creatively till he realised my vision. The staff are kind and attentive, and the whole experience felt very relaxing.

My colleague recommended that I see Ian from The Point. As a new client, I was a little nervous, but this feeling disappeared with the warm welcome I received at the salon. Although they were running a little behind, I didn’t mind, as I could see that Ian took the time to really listen to his clients. When it came to my turn, he listened to my ideas, and made some useful suggestions for my hair. The whole time, I felt relaxed, and the end result, was a fantastic haircut – Just what I wanted.
